What to expect

• Meet in Georgetown or at the trailhead. Transportation is not yet included.
• Start time: You choose! Hikes will end before 5pm (earlier recommended for morning sunshine & lighter traffic).
• Wear warm hiking clothes such as pants, hoodie, & wool or warm synthetic socks (avoid cotton).
• Bring a rainjacket or poncho for Colorado sprinkles.
• Snacks & hot drinks are included.
• Aspen-to-Alpine Trek: Please arrive after ~3 days of acclimation, hydrate well the day prior, and wear good hiking shoes.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 7+ days before your tour: 100% refund or free reschedule.
• 48 hours – 7 days before: 75% refund or free reschedule.
• < 48 hours before: No refund. Reschedules offered once at no charge (subject to availability).

Compassion Clause: if an emergency or dangerous weather keeps you from joining, we’ll work with you to rebook or apply credit toward a future adventure.
